Over time Berberine capsules at the optimum dose of 1500mg per day, improve your cardiovascular health and aids in weight loss. As a result of prolonged use chronic pain associated with inflammation can also subside. Berberine is also used by some cancer patients to improve their quality of life and aid in treatment. And, although more studies need to be conducted for conclusive evidence that Berberine diminished malignant tumor growth, there is enough evidence to support more research.
How it Fits?
Berberine is very effective in maintaining blood sugar levels. In fact, it puts some conventional medications to shame (3x500mg doses Berberine has the same effectiveness on reducing type 2 diabetes biomarkers as 4g of glibenclamide) and its effectiveness has been shown to be akin to metformin and rosiglitazone. With this level of potency in a completely natural products the Chinese really were onto something.
Berberine was first used in traditional Chinese medicine but has recently come into the spotlight as a great way for people to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. During diets blood sugar levels can spike and drop as your body becomes accustomed to the change. This leaves you feeling weak, dizzy and faint. When you take the recommended dose of Berberine you get all the benefits of healthy blood sugar levels plus the added immuno support, anti inflammatory properties, increased cardiovascular health and help to lose weight more effectively.
Berberine is a natural anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, body booster that will help you maintain a healthy, active lifestyle even if dieting usually makes you feel weak and depleted.
How to Use it?
Just take one capsule with meals three times a day. It’s that simple. The dose can be reduced to 2 capsules if needed.
- Are these capsules suitable for vegans?
Yes, our capsules contain no animal by products or derivatives whatsoever.
- Why is there rice in the capsule?
In the absence of artificial stabilizers, binders and fillers we needed something to take the place of magnesium stearate, so we use Organic White Rice extract, which is healthier than rice flour as it has no gluten (our Berberine capsules are 100% gluten free) and won’t impact your diet, dietary preferences or dietary conditions that are triggered by the presence of gluten such as IBS or celiac disease.
- What is the actual capsule made of?
The capsules themselves consist of hypromellose, a derivative of plant cellulose, which is the substance that provides plant cells a permeable membrane while giving them structure and stops them from popping. It does the same for our capsules. Unlike cellulose hypromellose breaks down in water, releasing the contents of the capsule. The hypromellose we use is derived from vegetable cellulose.
